With this season’s dramatic swings between unseasonable warmth and typical winter conditions, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation crews continue to address the growing number of potholes on state-maintained roads. “Potholes can form literally overnight and that’s what we’re seeing with these temperature swings,” PennDOT Secretary Leslie S.
