Dunmore:   The NEPA Child Passenger Safety Task Force and P&R Discount, Eynon will sponsor a Car Seat Bounty Program on Friday, May 2, 2014 at PennDOT 55 Keystone Industrial Park, Dunmore from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. “Clean out your attics, garages and closets and bring your old or broke car seat,” said Cathy Connors, Pennsylvania Chapter of the America Academy of Pediatrics, and bring them to PennDOT in Dunmore on Friday and get a reward of a discount for a new car seat and we will dispose of the car seat for you. PennDOT, State Police Highlight Work Zone Safety in Advance of National Awareness Week

Harrisburg – Pennsylvanians will see $2.1 billion worth of highway and bridge improvements this year, $600 million more than originally anticipated due to the state’s new transportation plan, and representatives from PennDOT and the Pennsylvania State Police today reminded motorists to drive carefully through the hundreds of work zones they’ll encounter this construction season.
