INTERSTATE 81
M-W: I-81 South between Exit 155 (Dorrance) and Exit 145 (West Hazleton) will be single lane for concrete Patching from Monday (8/19) to Wednesday (8/21), 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
*I-81 North Between Exit 170 (Wilkes-Barre) and Exit 175 (Dupont/Pittston) will have lane shifts for Bridge replacement over Sunset Road and Old Boston Road beginning Monday, July 29 and will continue until spring of 2014.
*I-81 both directions between Exit 178 (Avoca) and Exit 186 (Dunmore/Drinker Street) will be single lane for resurfacing Sunday to Friday, 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. until late October.

*Interstate 81 North between Exit 186 (Dunmore-Drinker St) and Exit 190 (Dickson City/ Main Ave) will be single lane for grinding from June 17 to September 1, 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
M-Th: I-81 in both directions between Exit 188 (Dunmore/Throop) and Exit 194 (Clarks Summit) will be single lane for temporary paving at approach from Monday (8/19) to Thursday (8/22), 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.
W-Th: Beams for the Main Street Bridge in Old Forge will arrive Wednesday (8/21) and Thursday (8/22). Each day crews will deliver and place 4 beams for the new Main Street Bridge. Wednesday and Thursday the delivery trucks will be taking Exit 182 (Davis Street) from Interstate 81, to Union Street, then they will take Keyser Avenue to Drakes Lane were they will meet up with Main Street and back down to the bridge. The first beam is expected to arrive just after noon. Crews will then place the beams until all are in. There will be major delays throughout the area as crews work. Motorists are advised to take other route when possible.
Tues-W: The I-81 entrance ramp at Exit 191 (Dickson City) from Business Route 6 to I-81 North will be closed for Rock removal from Tuesday (8/20) to Wednesday (8/21), 6:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
W-Th: I-81 over SR 374 in Lenox will have a crane inspection operation from Wednesday (8/21) to Thursday (8/22). There may be traffic delays and lane closures.
